4. Services & Appointments

By booking a service (such as doula support, prenatal sessions, yoga classes, or consultations), you agree to the scope of services presented at booking. A separate agreement may be required for doula or long-term care services.

Cancellations & Reschedules:

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations may result in a partial fee or forfeiture of payment.

• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, on-call births, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

5. Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products—including affirmation card decks, ebooks, healing guides, and downloadable wellness content—are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the file

• Claim it as your own

• Use it for commercial purposes without permission

 

6. Physical Products

We take pride in curating safe, intentional products such as tea blends and postpartum care items.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect address submissions.

Returns:

• All sales are final. We only replace items if they arrive damaged.

• To request a replacement, contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos of the damage. (ThePinkNest.co@gmail.com)

 

7. Client Responsibility

By participating in services or purchasing our wellness tools, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information regarding your health, medical history, or any condition that may impact your safety.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed access or cancellation of services. Late payments may be subject to a service fee.

• Missed appointments or delays
